The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry is in constant need of skilled technicians to support a wide range of commercial and residential clients. Learn the technology, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of the HVAC systems. Through hands-on projects in lab and fieldwork settings, you'll also gain an understanding of electronics and basic electricity, indoor air quality, safety, care of tools, and other relevant issues and procedures.


This program is accredited by HVAC Excellence. During the program, students will earn:

  • National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) HVAC/R Levels 1 & 2 credentials
  • North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification
  • North American Insulation Manufacturers: EPA Section 609 certification


Additional financial support offered on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements:
+ Are 18 years of age or older
+ Have a High School Diploma or GED (in English)
+ Have a valid driver’s license and Social Security Card

+ Provide the last 3 months of bank statements to establish financial need
+ Have strong English language skills
+ Have reliable transportation
+ Have proof of a licensed and insured vehicle
+ Pass Level 1 background screening check


Phase One: One week of Job Readiness taught virtually via Zoom. Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. 


Phase Two: Phase two of the program begins in January or August of educational training year.


Phase Three: Graduates work with BHH Job Mentors to update/create resumes, practice mock interviews, and learn how to navigate employment sites for open positions.


Please note that all phases are mandatory for the successful completion of the program.
