Boca Helping Hands has partnered with Genesis Community Health to bring healthcare services to the community.
Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Care vouchers are available to qualifying, uninsured individuals in Palm Beach County.
To obtain a voucher from our healthcare voucher volunteers, visit one of our locations during the following times:
East Boca:
Mondays through Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
West Boca: Saturdays from 8:30 am - 10:30 am
Lake Worth: Saturdays from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Boynton Beach: Mondays from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm & Wednesdays from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Requirements
You must provide documentation from both 1 and 2.
1) Proof of Palm Beach County Residency
Examples include: rental lease, mortgage, FPL bill, water bill, OR car registration. Mailings and IDs do not validate residency.
2) Valid Photo ID
Examples include: U.S. driver's license, U.S. passport, permanent residency card, state ID, OR a non-U.S. valid photo ID with proof of US residency.
