Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Mariebel graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a minor in marketing and Public relations. She also graduated from the College of Insurance, New York City. where she received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a minor in Risk Management.
Mariebel moved to the United States with her family after 10 years in Asia. Once she settled in, she began her involvement with Boca Helping Hands. She has been working with underserved families and non-profit organizations from a very young age.
While living overseas, she was part of the Hispanic Women Association, Australian and New Zealand Woman Association, British Women Association, and American Embassy where she provided services and empowered those in need.
In addition, Mariebel is a licensed Dance & Fitness Instructor and Nutritional Coach. And during her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, reading, and dancing.
