Dr. Sarah Lochner

Job Training Mentor

A retired Doctor of Medicine, she completed medical school and her residency in Texas. Dr. Lochner practiced internal medicine and medical care of the spine. She's originally from Montana, but grew up in Michigan and has also lived in Ohio.


She and her family relocated to Florida where she become involved with Boca Helping Hands after a corporate day of service with ADT several years ago. Since then, she's held many different volunteer roles including at the front desk, in the kitchen, and the warehouse. She also played a critical role in developing the nutritional component of the BHH Strategic Plan. Most recently, she's worked closely with the Job Training Department as a Volunteer Community Liaison to identify companies that align with BHH programs and could be potential partners. She looks for employers that could offer job placements and information on how to better prepare students to meet industry job requirements.
