Starting next week a drive-through food pantry will be held at Bethel Evangelical Baptist Church.
The church sits tucked away in an area that organizers say can use some extra assistance in fighting food insecurity.
Organizers say the portion of the city that is South of Atlantic Avenue and along Jog Road has been called a "Food Desert" by the USDA.
Tuesday's and Thursdays families will be able to drive by and pick up nutritious food.
