BOCA RATON, FL, Friday, June 27, 2008 – Last summer Brandon Kinzer came to Boca Helping Hands seeking to find a Mitzvah Project to do in conjunction with his upcoming Bar Mitzvah at his temple Shirat Shalom. During the Boca Helping Hands orientation session he heard that our supply of donated cans of food was very low and that it put a crimp in our ability to provide the large bags of groceries to the poor, needy and homeless. He was very eager to help, so we challenged him to go out into his neighborhood and try to collect 100 or more cans of food.
