MAKING LEMONADE OUT OF LEMONS

Ava Smith is a Kindergarten student from Mrs. Erickson's class at Boca Christian School. She is a member of FUMC and has a baby sister, Amelia, 2 years old, that she helps mom with. 

At the schools recent BRCS Torch Run fundraiser for Boca Helping Hands, Ava learned about the people we serve and the good work that is happening here at BHH. She decided to have a Lemonade Stand on Saturday, April 14th and give the proceeds to BHH. Ava stopped by with her parents T. G. and Cassandra Smith to drop off the donation to BHH on Monday, April 16th. 

We are all impressed that such a young lady would come up with this wonderful idea! Thank you Ava for your help!
